What is your return policy?

Due to customer safety, we cannot accept returns on any beverage or food items.

What if my order arrived damaged?

If your arrives damaged in transit, please reach out to hello@drinknope.com within 7 days of receiving the package and attach a photo of the product condition. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded, however, we cannot guarantee refunds after 7 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

My order never arrived.

Email us at hello@drinknope.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier.  We always recommend you use the tracking number to check your status with USPS.  If it's damaged in transit, file a claim and contact us so we can take the next steps.
